Deleting your data

LA Media Group Dashboard · Last updated July 29, 2026

You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will. This page explains exactly how to ask and what happens next.

How to request deletion

Email info@lamediagrp.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Data deletion request. Tell us the name of your business and whether you want:

  • Everything deleted — your whole account and all of its content, or
  • Just a connected account disconnected — for example the data we hold from your Facebook Page or Google Business Profile, leaving the rest of your dashboard intact.

You can also call us on (954) 800-8383. We confirm every request in writing before acting on it, so nothing is deleted by mistake.

What we delete, and when

We action requests within 30 days, and normally within a few business days. When a request is complete we email you to confirm.

  • Connected accounts (Facebook, Google). Disconnecting removes our stored access to that account immediately, and we delete the reviews, ratings, listing details and profile information we pulled from it. Nothing is changed on Facebook or Google itself — your reviews and your Page or listing stay exactly as they are, because they belong to you and to the people who wrote them.
  • Your dashboard account. We delete your business profile, contacts, appointments, reviews, form responses, uploaded files, messages, templates and branding.
  • You can disconnect a connected account yourself, right now, without contacting anyone: open Reviews → Settings and press Disconnect. That removes our access and the data we pulled from it.

What we keep, and why

We keep a minimal billing and transaction record where we are legally required to — invoices and payment records for tax and accounting purposes. These contain no marketing content, no customer lists, and nothing from any connected Facebook or Google account.

Our database is backed up once a day and those backups are kept for about a week, encrypted. So a copy of deleted information may remain in a backup for up to seven days after we delete it, before it is permanently gone.

Files you upload are deleted immediately and permanently.Attachments sent through a form, and images such as logos, are not part of that database backup — so once they are deleted there is no copy to recover, even within the week above.

If you are a customer of one of our clients

If you are not an LA Media Group client yourself but a business that uses our dashboard holds your details — for example you booked an appointment, filled in a form, left a review or sent a chat message — that business decides what happens to your information, and we hold it on their behalf.

Contact that business directly and they can delete it. If you cannot reach them, email us at info@lamediagrp.com and we will pass the request on and follow up until it is dealt with.
